1/26/2026 – With nearly 140 million Americans under alerts for snow, sleet and freezing rain, people from Texas to Boston are bracing for the worst of a potentially catastrophic winter storm. The storm, which is set to affect the two-thirds of the country, is forecast to bring life-threatening cold, heavy snow accumulation and a potential layer of ice that could knock out power and create chaos on roadways and airports.

We operate five shipping centers across the United States; however, delivery delays may occur due to the winter storm impacting these regions. We make no guarantee that orders will ship from our distribution centers on Monday (1/26/2026) when they reopen, as most major shipping carriers are expected to suspend pickups due to the storm.
We understand these items are time-sensitive for you, but certain circumstances are beyond our control. Severe snowstorms can disrupt shipping operations, preventing carrier flights from taking off or landing at airports, semi-trucks from traveling safely on highways, or local delivery trucks from reaching your residence safely.
We understand you may feel dissatisfied with the shipping fee when your order is delayed, but please know that we do not profit from these charges. The fee is solely used to cover the cost of the shipping carrier to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible. As outlined in our shipping policy, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions.
