Once an order is placed, you have a small window of 30 minutes or less to cancel it before it processes to one of our many warehouses around the USA. If we’re closed at this time there is nothing we can do. Once the order processes and is accepted by the warehouse we can’t do a cancellation at that stage.
Overnight shipping and 2 Day Air is available for all products to all 48 Continental US States. Orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m(Noon). EST for next business day delivery. Any orders past 12:00 p.m(Noon). EST will be shipped on the following business day. Next business day and 2 Day Air doesn’t deliver on Saturday or Sunday, UPS Air only delivers on business days which is Monday – Friday.
Overnight shipping and 2 Day Air CAN NOT ship to P.O. Boxes since UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If an order comes in for an Overnight shipping or 2 Day Air to a P.O. Box, that package will be shipped USPS Express/Priority since that is the only option available for expedited shipping to a P.O. Box.

Free Standard Shipping, Overnight and 2 Day Air is unavailable to Hawaii and Alaska due to the expensive cost of shipping and frequent delivery delays.
NO SHIPMENTS GO OUT ON THE WEEKEND, WE ARE CLOSED. If you order after 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday you order will ship Monday.
Delays can happen and it’s outside our control, for that reason we can’t guarantee all orders will be delivered on time. We don’t fly the planes, drive the semi trucks, control the weather, or drive the deliver vehicle making the final delivery. All we do is place a shipping label on the package and hand it off to the shipping carrier.
The shipping rates and delivery times are estimates based on average transit times and do not guarantee arrival times. Not responsible for package tardiness due to UPS or USPS error, customers trying to reroute shipments, customers requesting holds by carrier for pickup, orders being placed after business hours and processed the next business day, incorrect shipping information, or federal holidays delaying the package, riots, protest, strikes or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, weather phenomena, missing/stolen packages, and natural disasters.
In the case a package returns back to us for an “incorrect address” or “receiver unknown”, a refund of the item will be refunded, but not the shipping cost.
